Wrapper of the Week: Hermano Cintra
This week’s Wrapper is working hard to bring Wrapp to Brazil. Keep it up, Hermano!

Name: Hermano Cintra
Any nicknames? Mum and Dad call me Tuto. I also used to hear my full name Hermano José a lot, but that meant I had done something wrong and was in trouble. :-(
Position: Country Manager for Brazil
Hometown: São Paulo, Brazil
Currently working in: São Paulo, Brazil
Why Wrapp? Great idea, fantastic product, excellent execution and fun team!
Favorite Wrapp purchase: I wish I could have used some of the gift cards received from my Wrapp friends, but there no Brazilian ones so far! I hope to do some Wrapp shopping on my next trip abroad.
Craziest thing you’ve seen happen at Wrapp: The craziest thing is that not a single person with whom I have talked about Wrapp doesn’t love the idea.
Hidden talents: Cooking a good steak!
Coolest Trip You’ve Ever Been On: Tahiti for my honey moon!
Where Can We Find You on A Saturday Night? If not with my son and daughter, at a good restaurant in São Paulo tackling a nice bottle of wine.
You’re an Expert on: Do not dare to say
What Was Your Dream Job When You Were A Kid? Since early on, I wished to become I writer - one day I will.
On your bookshelf: Hundreds of books! Half is literature and the other half varies: communication theory, semiotics, design, internet business
On your nightstand: The Power of Art by Simon Schama, a gift from my mother on my last birthday (slow progress), a book by my PhD tutor Lucia Santaella on media ecology (overdue), and Shakespeare’s The Tempest, which I plan to re-read as it is one of my all-time favorites.
On your playlist: Have to confess that I am an old, old timer. I mostly listen to classical musical and jazz. My last iTunes purchase was Double Portion, Brazil, a fantastic record by Edmar Castañeda, Colombian jazz harpist playing with many other Latin musicians such as Brazilian Hamilton de Holanda and Puerto Rican Miguel Zenón and Cuban Gonzalo Rubalcaba. Great stuff!
